A single user license for Abridge™ will cost $5,000.00(US) per year. Please contact us for group rates.

To subscribe to Abridge™:

1. Click on the "Subscribe Now" link at the bottom of this page and fill in the subscription request form.
2. If you are creating a Group subscription, you will then enter the list of users in the group.
3. Read and agree to the terms of the Abridge™ Subscription Agreement.
4. Finally, you may pay for your subscription in one of three ways: (1) by mailing a check to Abridge™, (2) Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or (3) PayPal.

Your user accounts will be enabled within one business day after confirmation of your payment has been received.

Note: We have provided the ability to pay by EFT and through PayPal for your convenience, but we prefer that you pay by check.

There are two types of Abridge™ subscriptions: Single User subscriptions and Group subscriptions. If you would like to set up a Abridge™ subscription for yourself only, choose a Single User subscription. If you would like to set up a subscription for a group of people at your company or organization, choose a Group subscription. The main difference between these two types of subscriptions is in the way they are billed. In the Single User subscription, that user will be billed each year to keep the subscription active. In the Group subscription, one person will be billed for the entire group.

To set up a Single User subscription, fill out the subscription request form, selecting "Single User" as the "Type of Subscription".

To set up a Group subscription, fill out the subscription request form, selecting "Group" as the "Type of Subscription". The name and contact information that you enter on this form will indicate the person that will be responsible for keeping this subscription active. All invoices for subscription fees will be sent to this person. After submitting this form you will be taken to a page that will allow you to add all of the users for whom you would like to create accounts. For each user that you add, you will need to enter their first name, last name and email address.

The email address that you enter must be unique within the Abridge™ membership. You may add users to a subscription who already have access to Abridge™ (e.g., for testing purposes) provided that you know the user's password.

If you are setting up a Group subscription, please collect all of the information that you will need before you begin.

After you have agreed to the Subscription Agreement, your invoice will be displayed showing the total amount due to start your subscription. You may then choose to pay using one of the payment options provided. Once we confirm that your payment has been received, we will enable your user account(s) within one business day.

Once your subscription is enabled, emails will be sent to each of the users in your subscription which will provide your user names and passwords. You may begin to use Abridge™ at this time.

Subscriptions to Abridge™ are active for one year from the day that the subscription is activated. One month before your subscription expires, you will be sent a new invoice to renew your subscription for the next year. If this invoice is not paid by the renewal date, then your user accounts will be disabled until the subscription fees are paid.
